Birthday party? To plan or not to plan?

Just got another 21st bday invitation from another april baby!

Had been thinking about my bday party plans. At first, I thought of having a buffet dinner at my house. Just want it to be a simple affair. Booking chalet will be very troublesome, certain chalets don't allow external carters and some chalets are just tad too far. Thought it will be simple enough, but the next step, finding a suitable date is a real headache.

I don't know why, but I'm just so fated with having a BUNCH of Aries friends. In addition, my 1st paper falls on my actual birthday. Ultimate suay-ness... So it's been real tought finding a suitable date to accommodate everyone, the exam schedule, not clashing with other birthday parties and also Jw's friends and requests.

Such a headache. And it does get frustrating when I want to do some serious planning about it. Oh well, having a birthday party shouldn't be such a chore and tearing my hair out right? So I just decided NOT to have any birthday party before the exams, but the probability of having a party after exams will also be very low.

I just somehow got this revelation. It will be better for me to meet up with different groups of friends separately, will have more time to catch up with them separately and I won't have to think about who to invite or not, just meeting up with the closer ones will do. Don't mind hearing the birthday song again and again, but I think I will like the cosy-ness better. =)

Hmm, I also have another crazy idea. Please don't take my fantasy too seriously. Haha... I was thinking it will be very NICE to have a SURPRISE birthday party with all my friends and family! Hahaha! I never had any pleasant surprise in my entire life ok? =P Just let me daydream a bit. Hmm, might be a good idea if you all have no gift ideas. LoL! =P

But anyway, I will be going to Hong Kong in June. So if anything goes wrong, I think I'll just shop the hell out there to 'compensate'. HaHa! tsk tsk.. Sounds a bit too materialistic, but I'm really looking forward to going there. Going Hong Kong is a long overdue trip! Almost everyone has been there! Time to replace my Tokyo disneyland keychain with a new one! Hehe...

Think I shall stop all my fantasies here. Need to get back to NTU Hall 8 Block 41 6-771 and get moving with my revision.

Till the next time, seeya!
